Erin Ready (she/her) completed her BSc(Pharm) at the University of Toronto before completing an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency with Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services in Vancouver and obtaining a Masters of Public Health degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC). In her current role as Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in HIV at St. Paul’s Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor with UBC’s Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, she provides direct patient care to people living with HIV, serves as a practice educator for pharmacy students and residents, and supports healthcare providers across British Columbia through clinical consultation on pharmacotherapy for HIV treatment and prevention. She is passionate about HIV pharmaceutical care and her research interests are centered around antiretroviral drug-drug interactions.
