Salin Nhean is an HIV/HCV Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Chase Brexton Health Care. She completed a Post-Graduate Year 1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and a Post-Graduate Year 2 HIV Specialty Pharmacy Residency at Toronto General Hospital and McGill University Health Centre.
As a Board-Certified HIV Pharmacist and Pharmacotherapy Specialist, Dr. Nhean utilizes evidence-based medicine and closely collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize drug therapy for HIV/HCV, chronic comorbidities, and most recently COVID-19. Her interests include drug-drug interactions, polypharmacy in the geriatric population, and antimicrobial stewardship.
