HIV/HCV app wins Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists Award

The HIV/HCV was recently award the Specialties in Pharmacy Practice award by the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists at the annual Professional Practice Conference in Toronto on February 5th, 2017. Thanks to all the supporters of the app!
